Named after our Australian Shepherd (nickname "Moose") and our owner who has a very impressive long beard, Our signature blend highlights the unique flavor profiles of several different coffee sources. (Dark roasted Nicaragua, Medium-Dark roasted Costa Rican, Medium roasted Columbia and Medium roasted Mexico beans). Percentages of each is a trade secret of course. Expected flavor notes of Cocoa, Caramel Drizzle, Vanilla Cream and Brown Sugar Sweetness with a Very Smooth finish.
