Trash Panda (Medium Roast)

Medium Roast

"Sneaking Beans Since Midnight".  The Trash Panda is grown in the southern state of Chiapas.  It is known for it's light to medium body, light but balanced acidity, rich, sweet flavor with hints of honey and malt along with a pleasant dry finish like a fine wine.   These beans are roasted to just slightly past medium to accentuate the body of the coffee but without overwhelming it's delicate acidity and rich flavor.  This roast is an excellent and versatile "daily cup".
